Effective Immediately
At Pantao, every piece is created with intention — clean silhouettes, precise construction, and materials chosen to live with you, not fail you. To honor that commitment, we offer a 1-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty on all apparel.
This warranty exists to protect you from craftsmanship defects, not normal wear. It reflects our belief that quality should be felt, not questioned.
What Our Warranty Covers (12 Months)
Coverage applies to craftsmanship issues that appear under normal use, including:
- Stitching failures
- Hardware malfunctions (zippers, snaps, closures)
- Structural construction defects
- Material defects present from manufacturing
If your item experiences any of these issues, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
What Is Not Covered
To maintain clarity and fairness, the warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Fabric aging, pilling, or stretching
- Stains, odors, or discoloration
- Damage from improper washing or drying
- Accidental damage (rips, tears, burns, etc.)
- Altered or modified garments
- Lost or stolen items
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Email info@pantaoclothing.com and provide your order number or proof of purchase.
- Send clear photos of the issue.
- Include a short description of what happened.
Our team will review your claim and respond within 48 hours with the next steps.
If the item can be repaired, we will repair it.
If not, we will replace it with the same item.
If the item is no longer available, we will issue store credit equal to its original value.
